Jonas Sandbrink is a biosecurity and AI security researcher who founded and built the chemical and biological evaluations team at the UK AI Security Institute as part of its founding technical staff, running pre-deployment testing of frontier AI models, then started its Strategic Awareness team to prepare the UK government for advanced AI capabilities. He previously researched synthetic biology and AI biosecurity at Oxford while advising the UK Cabinet Office, Google DeepMind, and the Nuclear Threat Initiative. With a PhD from Oxford's Nuffield Department of Medicine, Jonas brings the scientific authority and security-first instinct that anchor our trusted-access mission.

Nick de Raad brings a background spanning genetics research, finance, and startup operations. As a VP of Operations at a Y Combinator-backed health insurance-tech company, he scaled the financial and compliance infrastructure to support millions in revenue and a team of 50-plus. He then founded and bootstrapped a plagiarism-detection platform serving millions of users before exiting via private equity acquisition. Across both ventures Nick scaled operations, finance, and HR while working closely with legal teams on contracting and regulatory issues, bringing the infrastructure and compliance fluency that keeps BioTrust's mission on track.

Kenan Kigunda is a security and product-attuned engineering lead who built his fundamentals over five years hardening identity at Microsoft Azure, then scaled from engineer, to tech lead, to engineering manager across seven years at Asana where he delivered both product and AI platform features with metrics-driven end-user outcomes. He's proven how to ship trustworthy systems at scale and grow the people who sustain them, and brings the engineering and product taste that will build for our goals.
